CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
